The difference between a trainer and a coach?

Here's a summary of these 2 complementary approaches:A trainer seeks to transmit knowledge and skills, and to ensure that they are retained.A coach seeks to support and guide.If the person being coached hasn't retained everything, that's not a problem. On the other hand, he will encourage them to take action to move forward.

The Clarity Meeting ☀ combines coaching (mainly), training (a bit on certain key points) and a small community (including an in-person meeting).
