From 2017 to the end of 2020, my company had a consumer continuity offer, at âŹ19 / month. But first, what is this type of offer? It's a recurring subscription, similar to what Netflix offers. In exchange, each subscriber had access to a private community and exclusive new content every month. â The advantages of this model? - Recurring income --> financial stability. - The impression of building something that grows over time. â ïž And its drawbacks? - About 10 times harder to get a customer than a traditional offer. So you need a really compelling offer. - In the beginning, it's a lot of work for little return. - The challenge is to have an active enough community and interesting enough content to keep customers signed up. đĄ Would I do it again? Yes, but in a different way. It's actually planned for a few months from now, but for an audience of entrepreneurs and freelancers. Are you currently a customer of this type of offer? If so, what do you appreciate about this model as a customer?
More than 250 customers in my continuity offer. Here's my feedback đ
